Step on Paper
Place a blank sheet of paper flat on a hard floor against a wall. Step onto it with your heel resting firmly against the wall.

Mark the Longest Point
Use a pencil held vertically to mark the longest point of your foot (usually your big toe or second toe) on the paper.

Match Length to Size
Measure the length in centimeters (cm) with a ruler from the edge of the paper to your mark, then pick your matching size from our table.
